Description
Skarsgård is the postmaster of The Peripheral. She overlooks all of the Peripheral's mail, and controls winged cats with bell collars to help her with deliveries. She is a hopeless romantic, and you must answer a riddle to know her true name.

Design note: Can optionally have a harness with a satchel on either side.
