Description
Originally subservient to the Oligarchy, Foxtrot defected and was rescued by the human woman November. Together, the two joined Devil Horn's Engineering on the side of the Lavender Revolution. He is good friends with Rudder and Warbird, and overall known for being an extremely competent engineer.
