Description
Charlotte is the mother of the Murrow siblings. She was only around partially, leaving for months at a time. When she was around, she treated her children (especially Harley) harshly. She leaves permanently after the stillbirth of her daughter Heaven. The only child she still talks to regularly is Eli.
