Description
"After being stuck in some old abandoned game for years, hurt and angry at the world, it managed to escape its confines. Its code being became a pokemon akin to Porygon. It took a form of a Pikachu-like appearance to appear more cuter and safer to others. It also uses bright colors to attract attention. However, at times its glitchy facade slips. The crystals on its body are used to project its physical form, and to conjure small pretty illusions such as rainbows or flying confetti and balloons. After earning its prey's trust, it uses its glitchy tentacles to pull the soul out of the body. No one knows what happens to the soul afterwards. It is rumored that the souls aren't fully consumed but rather stuck in a limbo of its glitchy being." (Description written by BluefeatherBird)

Design notes: Kinda a fusion between Urufuman, Rockruff, Tangela, Pikachu, and Spewda!! Confetti and glitches around it are optional.
