Sunrise (MLP:FiM infection / Rainbow Factory AU)

This is my take on a My Little Pony infection au. While of course being inspired by the trend as a whole, it is also inspired by The Last of Us, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Warrior Cats: The Broken Code, and The Cough creepypasta. Hope you enjoy!

Applejack is alive, but being haunted by the ghosts of her family members. She is currently looking for Rainbow Dash with Rarity.




Fluttershy

Infected; deceased
Fluttershy was the first to get sick, and killed in the bunker before Celestia found them. Her ghost now wanders equestria, looking for her friends.




Rainbow Dash
Pegasus
Uninfected
Rainbow Dash has retreated back to the Rainbow Factory with Scootaloo after being forced to kill Fluttershy in their bunker.




Rarity
Unicorn
Uninfected
Rarity narrowly escaped an attack by an infected, but fell into the Everfree Forest where she lost her eyes. She is being guided by Applejack.




Pinkie Pie
Earth Pony
Infected
Pinkie was initially travelling with Rarity and Applejack, but they were forced to leave her behind when she got infected.




Twilight Sparkle

Uninfected
Twilight was wisked away by a paranoid Celestia and is racing to find the cure to the infection before Spike becomes infected as well.
